About Cathy Gonzalez

Cathy Gonzalez is Director of Operations and Events, based in the Los Angeles office. Since joining the firm in 2016, Cathy has advanced through multiple roles, from Administrative Assistant to Project Coordinator, before taking on her current leadership position. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across the firm and leads the planning and execution of events for advisors, staff, and the home office. Her responsibilities include coordinating complex projects, managing logistics, and optimizing internal processes to create seamless experiences for the team.

Cathy is known for her organizational expertise, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs. She is a trusted partner for the leadership team and a key contributor to the firm’s culture.

Outside of work, Cathy can often be found cheering on the Dodgers, planning a new travel adventure, or spending time with friends & family. She is passionate about embracing life fully and finding purpose in every experience
