Heather Scully

Heather Scully is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, based in the Los Angeles office. She began her career in financial services in 1998 as a compliance officer and has built a distinguished leadership path defined by expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to fostering a strong, collaborative culture.

As CCO, Heather is a key leader responsible for overseeing firm policy, RIA compliance, financial planning oversight, and day-to-day compliance inquiries. She ensures the firm meets regulatory requirements, implements robust risk management processes, and monitors adherence to industry standards, safeguarding the integrity and ethical operations of the firm.

Prior to her current role, Heather gained extensive experience across multiple facets of compliance and operations, positioning her as a trusted advisor and an essential contributor to the firm’s leadership team.

Outside the office, Heather enjoys hiking with friends, working on home projects, tending to her garden, and traveling with her twin daughters, Lauren and Paige.
