Jodi Johnston

Jodi Johnston is Senior Vice President of Business Development, where she helps shape the firm’s strategic growth and supports advisors in achieving their goals. While she didn’t start out planning a leadership path, Jodi’s curiosity about the financial industry and her talent for connecting with people naturally led her into executive roles, including serving as President and CEO at Financial Advisors of America, where she oversaw firm-wide strategy, adviser recruitment, and operations.

Jodi thrives on the constant evolution of her work, seeking opportunities to innovate, adapt, and contribute to Artisan’s success in a rapidly changing industry. Equally important to her is the firm’s culture, camaraderie, authenticity, and a team-oriented environment, which she recognized immediately upon joining.

She brings extensive leadership experience from prior roles at Financial Advisors of America, JW Cole, Waddell & Reed and Ameriprise Financial, consistently building teams and processes that drive results.

Outside of work, Jodi is a proud mom to her daughter, Jordan, a devoted K-drama fan, and a foodie with a love for all types of cuisine.
