With an extensive background in financial services recruiting, Rachel has built her career around connecting with people, cultivating relationships, and helping advisors achieve their professional goals.

Rachel brings significant experience from her tenure at Northwestern Mutual in New York City, where she recruited more than 250 financial advisors, consistently exceeding production goals. Her approach combines a strong understanding of the financial services industry with a genuine interest in understanding what motivates advisors and helping them find the right opportunities for long-term success.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys skiing, fitness, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends. After living in New York City for 18 years, she now calls Irvine, CA home.
