About Rob Schultz, CFP®, CDFA

Rob Schultz is a dedicated financial advisor with over 25 years of experience guiding physicians and other successful professionals through every stage of their careers, from residency through retirement. His passion lies in helping the next generation of medical professionals build strong financial foundations and long-term strategies tailored to their unique career paths.

Throughout his career, Rob has developed lasting relationships with clients nationwide and has been a recognized speaker at residency programs from California to New York. His in-depth knowledge of the financial challenges physicians face allows him to provide practical, customized solutions to help them achieve their goals with confidence.

In his practice, Rob prioritizes the most critical needs such as student loans or tax reduction strategies. He then implements an approach where progress towards goals such as home purchase, college tuition, and retirement are tracked. Then the plan is monitored to adapt to changing markets, tax laws, and client needs. His approach emphasizes collaboration and long-term partnership, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their financial journey.

Beyond his professional work, Rob is deeply committed to giving back. He volunteers with Special Olympics as a coach in skiing and golf, and also dedicates time to teaching financial literacy in elementary classrooms.

A native Californian, Rob enjoys traveling the US and beyond including mountain biking in Nepal and Croatia.
