About Robert Dovala

Robert Dovala is the Compliance and Operations Manager, working remotely out of Phoenix. He started his career in financial services in 2006 as a registered customer service representative. He moved on to other roles within compliance and supervision departments which has helped him build knowledge and experience to assist financial professionals with their regulatory concerns.

As Compliance and Operations Manager, Robert is responsible for the supervision queues, reviewing outside business activities and assisting with compliance inquiries. He ensures the financial professionals within the firm maintain their supervision queues and address any supervision and compliance questions they may have.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys reading, building Lego, and playing video games with his children, Sadé and Ahmare.
