Veronika Saparova serves as Vice President of Advisor Engagement and Marketing, leading initiatives that strengthen connections with financial advisors and advance the firm’s marketing strategy. With nearly two decades of experience in financial services, she has built a distinguished career focused on helping advisors grow their practices and deliver meaningful client experiences.

Before assuming her current role in 2024, Veronika held senior leadership positions at Osaic Wealth and Edward Jones, where she led advisor marketing, communications, and development programs that enhanced advisor engagement and supported firm-wide objectives. Her expertise spans strategic marketing, communications, and relationship management, and she’s known for fostering collaboration, bringing ideas to life, and helping teams do their best work together.

Outside of work, Veronika enjoys adventures with friends and family, spending time with her son, exploring new local restaurants, and watching movies across many genres.
